Terms of Service for Just In Traffic

General Policy
Just In Traffics' general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Just In Traffic reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by Just In Traffic if Just In Traffic determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Just In Traffic forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
Just In Traffic only allows Sites containing 100% English to be rotated in our system.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Account Inactivity Policy
If your account is inactive for 120 days without surfing or logins, your site or sites will be placed on hold. Once you site or sites are on placed hold they will no longer be in our surf rotation. You account will also be subject for deletion. Please make sure you surf and or keep your account up to date.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Just In Traffic reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Compensation
Just In Traffic is not a Paid To Surf site, We are an advertising site. We allow Members to earn surf cash to purchase advertisement for their sites or to purchase upgraded memberships in order to receive higher surf ratios to get more visitors to their sites. Just In Traffic does not pay out any compensation for any monies earned as a member of Just In Traffic. Any and all Earned Cash can only be used for making purchases within the Members Area such as Ad Packages or Upgrades.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Just In Traffics' policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Just In Traffic for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Just In Traffic will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Just In Traffic will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Just In Traffic cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Just In Traffic reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Just In Traffics' services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Just In Traffic shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
